Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Bang. I am one of your loyal customers. I am even given newsletters by your company every week. I am writing this letter to bring to your notice that I need my phone repaired in a timely manner. Two weeks ago I went to your shop to purchase the latest model of Samsung Galaxy. I was very much happy with the service at the shop as to how friendly and helpful your sales representatives were. However, after only a few days being used, the phone has stopped working. I rang up your technical support team but they could not resolve the problem. Hence, I went to the shop again to have my phone repaired since it was still under warranty. After a week waiting, I have not been informed about the status of my phone. I would like you to take appropriate actions to handle this matter properly. Please give me an answer why phone stopped working and how long it takes to get it fixed. I believe this is my right to have a replacement phone if this phone cannot be fixed in another one week.

I look forward to your reply.

Kind Regards,
