Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Bang. I rented a car from your company two weeks ago. Initially, the car was working fine. I was actually very happy with its quality. However, after only five days using the car, the air conditioner stopped working. Even though I rang up your office several times and at last got served by a lady named Jenny, I haven’t got my car repaired yet. On the phone she said technicians would be coming to my house to fix the car next day morning. One week after that, I still have not seen anybody from your company coming to my house. I even drove my car there to get it serviced but a manager told me my car was not on the list to be serviced on that day.

I am very disappointed with your service and hope you can send somebody to my house to fix the car as you promised earlier. If it is not possible, I can also bring my car there. Please make an appointment and tell me when I can come over by ringing my cell phone number 04123456.
