The bar graph shows the factors affecting the work performance of workers. The survey was carried out on two age groups: those who aged 18-30 and those who aged 45-60.

For the 18-30 age group, the chance for personal development ranked as the highest booster for their work performance reaching nearly 100%. Relaxed working environment and promotion prospects were placed second at 80%. This was followed by team spirit (70%), competent boss (55%), job security and respect from colleagues (40%) and work environment (30%).

The second age group (45-60) demonstrated a different result. Money was the greatest factor affecting their work performance at about 70%. Team spirit (60%) and competent boss (55%) came after this. Promotion prospects and job satisfaction both got 50%. Work environment affected them the slightest.

From an overall perspective, the result showed that personal development and money impacted the highest on the work performance for the both age group. On the other hand, work environment least affected their performance with only about 30%.
