Indeed, the amount of finance spent on preventive measure and health budget reduces the burden from treating those health hazards. \u003c/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eFirst of all, health education helps in preventing lots of health disasters. Health education in Africa for reducing AIDS is an example as a prevention measure. In addition to that, health campaigns such as vaccinations reduce the patient counts. Polio drops campaign is the major factor which reduced the number of polio patients in developing countries. Hence, government should always promote these kind of prevention activities which ensures the positive results in short term as well as in long term. \u003c/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eHowever, the budget for treating the patients cannot be neglected as the victims always require the appropriate treatment. As some of the preventive measures may not work fruitfully the treatment budget should always be allocated in high amount to ensure that the health system is not affected.
