They believe that human being (in both gender) in compatible with different situation and we should pay attention to his scientific preferences and record to let them come to university, although it may exist some different features in women and men. For instance, the engineering fields or fields that are related to military are usually considered to be male fields, but we should not limit girls and females to attend in these fields of university, if they can have enough ability to resolve their problems with these male conditions. \u003c/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eNonetheless, it should be taken for granted that sextual equality in the colleges and academic schools has its own disadvantages. First of all, there are individual differences between men and women in their personality features. As an illustration, girls usually are more emotional and sensitive and boy are more rational and have physical power in their body. As this reason, we should produce some universities for female fields and some for male fields or in some fields increase the chance of one of them than the other. Besides, this is not good to let the person in a field that are in contrast of his nature.
