In this essay, I will discuss the main reasons why less people are showing interest on this profession and challenges to overcome the issue.\u003c/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eFirst and important reason why teaching is ignored is constant work pressure and long working hours. Teachers often work till evenings teaching and controlling children in schools and they do not get enough time to spend with their family. For Example, private school teachers attent classes one after the other without a break in between. School administration should consider their work and should have to allocate periods such that they get enough time to relax.\u003c/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eSecondly, they are paid very low compared to other professions. Lets take India, where an software engineer earns four times the amount earned by secondary staff.
