Dear Library Manager,

I’m very thankful to you for asking me for my personal opinions about the library. First of all, it was an amazing experience to visit our local library for the first time. I have never seen any local libraries with this massive size and filled with such a variety of books and articles. I almost could find any books of my interests easily thanks to all the modern equipment in the library, especially to the great support from the librarians. However, I was a bit disappointed because of the lacking of historical materials about our suburb. As you might know, our suburb was a historic landscape of Australia due to many historical events during World War I that took place here. Hence, I strongly suggest that our library should provide an adequate number of articles about this suburb. Besides that, I believe it’s better to have two separate sections for Australian history and World history. Now these two sections are being merged in one area of the library which makes it very hard for visitors to find the correct materials they are looking for.

I look forward to your reply and the improvements of our library.

Warm Regards,
