We live very close to a park in North Ryde area. That's why every time I have free time, I will ask my housemates to go for a walk with me. From my house to the park, it takes only 5 minutes and we can go there very easily. After reaching there, we can go around for a long walk. And after that, I feel much better. The reason is I have to work for long hours and walking is a very good exercise for me to improve my health and to maintain my physical health.
