Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter with respect to the suitcase that I have lost last Friday night. On that day, I was travelling from Sydney to Melbourne using your service. When I arrived at the airport, I could not find my suitcase even though I had tried my best to check very carefully for more than one hour there. It is a black suitcase made of plastic with a leather handle at the top. It has a Dell logo at the front which is very easy to recognise. Since I came to Melbourne just to visit my relatives and stay with them for only a few days, I didn’t put lots of clothes in suitcase. Hence, it is a bit empty inside. I also put a few pictures of my family on the two sides of the suitcase. Since these photos have significant sentimental values to me, I would like to sincerely request your action on this matter and to tell me what your company is going to do about it.
I look forward to your positive reply.
