For example, the scientists working in the World Happiness in Rotterdam have established some theories and factors about what causes happiness. One obvious result they found is that happiness is changeable and momentary which is the evidence to further support why it is difficult to define happiness. Some factors are also identified as the main forcible drivers for one person's happiness. First is the gap between expectation and reality of one person. Studies find the sense of happiness depend on the size of the gap between what you achieve and what you expect. Second is the reward one person gets from experiences. These experiences could come from work, leisure time or competitions. People will delight if the reward is perceived worthy. Third is past outcomes which are the product of introspection. Given a pleasure memory from the past, one person could have a positive point of view by actively dealing with the present.

In conclusion, being happiness is important for every person to pursue his/her well-being.
