Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you to register a complaint against a poor service, and the rude attitude by your staff that I experienced last Monday when I visited your shop. I am playing you would take necessary steps sp that no other customer would get humiliated as I did.
I went to you shop on 25th April to purchase a air conditioner and there was no one to assist me. All the staffs were busy playing Pubg in their mobile. When I asked for help to show the varieties, one of the staffs pointed another staff to assist me. But no one were happy to help the customer. I wasn't asking for any help, rather you will be benefited if I would have taken the air conditioner from your shop. But, I will never think of visiting their shop nor I will recommend to any of my friends.
I hope you will take necessary action against your staffs for poor customer service, else you will be on loss. Try recruiting some professional ones or train then to provide better customer service.
