Throughout the history, male leaders have always led us to violence and conflict. If a society is governed by female leaders it will be more peaceful. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Among the recent years, women have been successful in getting promotion in different levels of the countries and in favor of high education some of them have taken the power in their own countries. Some opine that women as the leader of the countries can be peaceful and prevent further wars and conflicts between countries. I utterly disagree with this viewpoint of border drawing for men and women in countries policies.
To begin with, it should be noted that war and conflict are the results of some circumstances, which are mainly based on economic reasons and are inevitable whether with men in power or women in power. To fully appreciate the role of policy rather than the sex, people should look back the history, when for instance Margaret Thatcher as the former prime minister of the UK ordered to bomb Libya or Condoleeza Rice as the former foreign minister of the United State approved and supported the military attack on Iraq, which led to death of innocent people, hence what determines the war or promotion of violence in the world is not the gender of governors.
Yet, another substantially factor which has been ignored is the role of ethic among people and their governors. Inclination towards the war is in essence of individuals of a society and their governors, who sometimes decide to choose war instead of interaction.
The last but not the least, with regards to the aforementioned rational points, determination of sex and other related factors, if any, for governors cannot guarantee a peaceful world.
