Dear Sir or Madam,
I’m writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the changing room’s condition in our sport center. First of all, it is not maintained properly. Its door is almost broken and can fall off at any time. I believe this can cause serious injuries to our club members if the door falls over on any of them. Secondly, it is reasonable to expect every one of us to respect one another by keeping the room clean and organized. Hence, I suggest we should enforce this by asking all club members to dispose of their rubbish before leaving the changing room. Furthermore, the management should organize staff to regularly clean up the room since now it is very filthy, especially in the evening when almost all the classes have finished. This is unacceptable and has to be fixed immediately.
I look forward to your positive reply.
