Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Bang. I live near Epping station which is very close to your shop. A week ago, I went to your shop to purchase a brand new laptop computer which I would have to use for my new semester in the university. Sadly, after only a few days, it was broken. The screen has completely stopped working. Every time I turn on the computer, I can still hear the sound of the system running but there is no light coming up from the screen. I have been one of your loyal customers for many years. Every time when there are new computer models, I will come to your shop for getting the latest information about them. I sincerely request a prompt action from your side for fixing my computer. I can bring my computer to your shop this weekend before 11am.
