Note:

My friends used to ask me this question: Which one is correct "much details" or "many details"?

Answer:
If you use much, it should be "much detail" (without 's').
If you use many, it should be "many details".

Key Point:
• Much + uncountable nouns
• Many + countable nouns

I think a more relevant question should be "When should we use much detail and many details".
